OUR PRACTICE AT A GLANCE…

At the heart of our work is the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. We strive to create a therapeutic space where people feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, strengthening relationships, or working toward personal growth, we are committed to meeting you with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

We don't believe counseling is about giving advice or having all the answers. Instead, we view ourselves as partners in the process—walking alongside you as you explore challenges, gain insight, and discover what matters most to you. Through thoughtful conversation, reflection, and evidence-based practices, we help clients consider new perspectives, navigate complex emotions, and build the confidence to make meaningful changes in their lives.

We also believe growth requires both support and accountability. Our role is to help you identify patterns, recognize your strengths, and take ownership of the changes you want to make, while providing encouragement every step of the way. Above all, we value the therapeutic relationship and the trust it takes to be vulnerable. We are honored to create a space where barriers can come down, authentic connections can form, and lasting change can begin.

Meet Tanya

Tanya Amos, Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in emotional resilience and healthy relationships.

I believe that the quality of our lives is defined by the quality of our relationships—both with ourselves and with others. Life often brings waves of intense emotion that can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in cycles of conflict or exhaustion. My goal is to help you navigate those waves with confidence rather than being pulled under by them.

My style is collaborative, warm, and direct. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to provide you with a "toolbox" of skills you can use the moment you leave my office. We won't just talk about your problems; we will work together to build the practical skills needed for a calmer, more connected life.

When I am not helping others navigate their internal world, I am exploring our beautiful, physical world through trails and travel. I enjoy reading and learning and am always growing professionally and personally.
