A healthy relationship is all about secure, meaningful connection. Couples counseling is a collaborative workshop for your relationship. We focus on four key areas to help you thrive: Communication (learning to truly hear one another), Attachment (understanding what makes you both feel safe or anxious), Boundaries (protecting your individuality while growing together), and Conflict Resolution (learning how to fight fair, stay connected and repair quickly). Our goal isn't just to solve today's argument, but to give you the blueprint for a resilient, long-lasting partnership.
Intake session: 2 hours for $350
Additional sessions: 90 minutes for $225
